From a recruiter’s or even a personal perspective, what are some common mistakes people make during interviews for entry-level roles in the pharmaceutical industry?

I’m asking as someone without direct industry experience, I’m a community pharmacist currently transitioning into the industry field, and I’d love to understand what makes a candidate stand out at this stage. What qualities or approaches might make a recruiter choose someone like us, without experience, over others?
