Hi, I am a third-year pharmacy student who wants to work in clinical trials at a pharmaceutical company. I wanted to ask how I can enter the industry after I complete my pre-reg as I feel anxious about my future. I did a research project last summer and have taken some roles of responsibility around my university. I feel anxious about my future as it is now not possible to do your pre-reg with a pharmaceutical company.

kind regards

PharmAffinity Forum: A third year pharmacy student wondering how to get into industry

I believe some pharma companies will continue to provide pre-regs with their medical affairs team. There are a couple of PharmAffinity members currently doing their Pre-reg with the medical affairs team in Pfizer.

If you really want to work in clinical trials you could look at CROs not just pharma companies once you have done your pre-reg.
